We’ve all been prepared for the future, through our internships, all our work in the community, the real life experiences we’ve had, and the responsibility we’ve been given as teenagers. At TNS, students are respected and treated like capable adults, and now I really feel like one.
More than anything, I appreciate the close community at The New School. I can really rely on my teachers to have my best interests at heart, and within my class, we all have a mutual love and admiration for each other. I think that the relationships I’ve formed at TNS will stay with me for the rest of my life.
TNS got me connected to and doing real work in Atlanta, with community partners and other professionals I would have never otherwise met. It has opened up a whole new world to me. The freedom that the school has given me has let me spread my creative wings and figure out what I want to do with my life.
