History, Government, Projects

Daniel is an Atlanta native who has worked in a variety of professional fields before becoming a teacher. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in History at McGill University in 2018 and finished his Master of Arts in Teaching at Georgia State University in 2026.

As a Humanities teacher, Daniel’s goal in the classroom is to give students the skills to make meaning of the world around them. In this mission, covering the curriculum is the bare minimum. In Daniel’s class, students are expected to develop critical thinking skills, follow their curiosity, and pose their own questions about human life. In short, his goal is to enable his students with the tools to become young intellectuals.

It is his ultimate hope to help students discover what they love to learn about, whether that is in history, science, literature, mathematics, or another subject.
