Fashion Watercolor
In this program, you’ll learn painting with watercolor and mixed media to create abstract and representational works of art. Instructor, Jess Illustrator, will teach you an array of watercolor techniques so you can make professional quality art. You’l learn about composition, color theory and how to tap into your best creative self to express your own voice in your artwork. If you like fashion, that’s a bonus too, but not necessary!

Instructor
Jessica Durrant is a freelance illustrator specializing in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle genres. Durrant grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Her work is inspired by her travels around the globe, music, film, fashion, architecture, vintage illustration, and Scandinavian design. Her work was most recently featured in British VOGUE June & July 2019.
Clients include Target, Sephora, IKEA, Starbucks, Louis Vuitton, Spanx, Diptyque, Chantecaille, Jimmy Choo, Ebay, Nature Made, Lancôme Paris, Elizabeth Arden, Marionnaud, L’Oreal Paris Kérastase, Avène, NYX Cosmetics, Lavazza, Bayer, and QVC. Harper’s Bazaar named her a fashion illustrator to follow on Instagram in both 2014 and 2015. Durrant has also collaborated with CHANEL, Oscar de la Renta, and Elie Saab. Her work recently appeared in Season 2 of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
Her work has been featured in British Vogue, The Knot, Marie Claire, Better Homes & Gardens, ELLE Brazil & Australia, Country Living, Harper’s Bazaar Art Singapore, Living Etc., Glamour.com, and Elie Saab’s Light of Now online publication. Durrant completed three fully illustrated books for L’Oreal Paris Kérastase.
