Sarah comes to TNS with multi-faceted experience in the field of education. Her work has ranged from elementary classroom teacher at The Walker School and The Paideia School to program coordinator at Georgia State University within the College of Arts & Sciences Dean’s Office, and as a business manager & classroom liaison at The Ellis Center.

Sarah is also the crafter and instructor behind In The Quiet Hours Hand Embroidery. She has partnered with organizations and businesses such as The Homestead Atlanta, Art Farm at Serenbe, and most recently the W Hotel – Midtown Atlanta. Her embroidery work has been featured in the publications; The Bitter Southerner, The Atlantan, and Inspirations; an international magazine dedicated to the evolving art of hand embroidery.

Sarah has a BA in History from Agnes Scott College and lives in East Atlanta with her husband, two kids and floppy eared beagle-dor.
