Program fees should be paid online via the PayPal payment portal you will be directed to after you press "submit". Program fees for classes marked with a * will be payable directly to the partner organization prior to the first class.

- WAIVER OF LIABILITY: It is expressly agreed that the participation by the above-named student in any activities of the school, including but not limited to class, recess, physical education, dining, sports, school-sponsored trips away from campus, any other school-related activity or extracurricular activity, and the use of a school facility or property, shall be undertaken at our and our student’s own risk. The New School, Inc., its directors, servants, agents and employees, shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or cause of action whatsoever arising in any way out of our student’s association with the school, except in the event of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of such parties. I acknowledge that in the event of any emergency involving my student, the school may take such actions as the school or its employees or agents deem fit for my student’s safety or health, including emergency medical treatment, and to contact me as soon as reasonably practicable. I agree to bear the costs of any treatment or other actions and to submit any claims to any insurance policy I may have. To the extent my student has any special condition or disability that could affect the student’s participation in the school, I acknowledge I am responsible for advising the school of the same and for providing any necessary medical assistance and equipment.
I also accept that each class will only run if the minimum number of students are registered. If the class does not make its minimum, I will be refunded the full amount.
